Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial Gold CI521E80V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Irc5 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jlem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Intelligent-Motion-Systems product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Irc5 such as the 3HAC81821 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PE506T01 manufactured by Jlem and we are pleased to be able to service most Jlem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IM48334P18P2 by Manufacturer Intelligent-Motion-Systems as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Integrated-Industrial-Technologies Brand BA10160S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Inex such as D0092S186 equipment made by Inex have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ITQ0240 by I-tork and D0092S186 spares by Inex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0101100T6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Industrial-Sensors-Inc.
